1. Can I reserve Online?
Of course! Reserving online is simple and fast, just enter the data in the 'Reserve online' form to have availability and rates in real time.
2. How do I know if my reservation is confirmed?
When reservation is completed you will receive an automatically generated e-mail with your confirmation number, you can print it or simply note down the number.
3. What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation policy for each tariff and promotion is clearly specified in the reservation form.
Note: In case of no show or late cancellation the amount of first night will be charged in your credit card. For PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE rooms the total amount will be charged at the moment of reservation
You may cancel your reservation without penalty up until 1 day before your arrival date, by accessing the Your Reservations page. It is not possible to cancel your reservation if you selected and booked a room indicated as "PREPAID/NOT REFUNDABLE".
4. Are there reductions for children?
Free accommodation for our little guests under 3. If you prefer, ask us for a cot via e-mail.
5. Do rates include breakfast?
Yes, rates include buffet breakfast
6. What is Check-In and Check-Out time?
Rooms are available from 2.00 pm., while check-out must be not later than 12.00 noon. We will do our best to meet different requirements!
07. Do you admit pets?
Small pets are admitted, on request.
08. Do I have to give my credit card details?
Yes, your credit card details (number and exp date) are necessary
for finalizing your reservation.
09. Is pre-payment required?
Just in the case you choose an Early-booking, Not Refundable rate.
If you book a regular rate with no particular restrictions the credit card
you give will be used just as guarantee!
10. Are taxes included in your room rates?
Yes, 10% service tax is included in our rates!
